Mission:

(i) Quality Enhancement: Foster a culture of quality enhancement across the institution by promoting best practices in teaching, learning, and research. Implement and monitor mechanisms for continuous improvement in academic and administrative processes.

(ii) Institutional Planning and Development: Collaborate with various departments and units to facilitate the development and implementation of strategic plans for the institution's overall improvement. Provide inputs for the development of infrastructure, facilities, and resources to support academic and research activities.

(iii) Assessment and Accreditation: Develop and implement an effective internal quality assurance system for assessment and accreditation processes. Ensure compliance with external quality standards and benchmarks, working towards achieving and maintaining accreditation.

(iv) Research and Innovation: Encourage and support research and innovation initiatives that contribute to academic excellence and societal development. Promote a research culture and provide support for faculty and student research endeavours.
